Programming explained to my grand-mother
disclaimer: no, this talk is not sexist, since I'm talking about my grand-mother, not yours. Nor your daughter, girlfriend, etc. You can use the tools I'm talking about to "educate" anyone about programming. Not only female people, of course.
In fact, this talk is a replay (or recycle) of a talk I gave on October 2008 at the BasqueCamp that occurred in Bidart.
I was attending to OggCamp in Wolverhampton, and during the morning session, I saw a tiny 30mn slot available. I jumped on it and dashed to translate this basically French talk in English. I gave it and to my surprise, there was no question thereafter. Well... Dan asked my position on Marmelade, but it was just a joke.
